Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to meet dealership standards
- Conduct car washes using professional equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish
- Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance overall appearance
- Drive vehicles to and from Mechanics
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot by sweeping, trash removal, and organizing vehicles and display areas
- Assist with window tinting procedures when required, ensuring proper application without damage
- Support custodial tasks such as janitorial cleaning of service bays and customer areas to uphold a professional environment
- Drive vehicles safely within the lot for parking or movement purposes while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in auto detailing or janitorial/custodial roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, and vehicle cleaning products
- Ability to operate buffing machines and other detailing equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles around the lot and to and from mechanics
