Berner Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for experienced HVAC sub-contractor install crews for steady residential and light commercial installation work.

Position Overview
Sub-contractor install crews are responsible for the professional installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including system replacements, ductless mini-splits, and VRV/VRF multi-split systems.
Pay
Up to $1,000 to $6,000 per week
Based on experience, skill set, job scope, and crew capability.
Requirements
- Residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
- Experience with ductless mini-split systems
- Experience with VRV/VRF multi-split systems preferred
- EPA certification
- Proper HVAC install tools, vehicle, liability insurance, workers comp, and ability to operate as an independent sub-contractor
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Pride in clean, professional workmanship
