Construction Project Manager – 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base
Join a well-established mid-sized General Contractor that delivers a wide range of commercial projects, with a strong focus on K-12 and Higher Education. Typical project values range from $30M–$40M, although they have successfully delivered projects exceeding $100M+.
Due to a strong backlog of work and continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to our Charlotte team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120,000–$150,000 base salary
- 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) – Every employee has the opportunity to become an owner of the business through the company's ESOP. Employees hired this year will be enrolled and vested in January 2027.
- Company vehicle or $720 monthly vehicle allowance
- Annual bonus of approximately 20–25% of base salary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Experience on ground-up K-12 and/or Higher Education projects valued at $25M+
- Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression
