We are looking for an experienced truck driver
We have immediate openings for:
3 Full time driver days (Monday -Friday)
Part time driver night's (Monday - Friday) & weekend
- Transport air freight to and from airport, residential, business's, retail stores and distribution centers
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Meet delivery & Pick up schedules
- Dim, reweigh and label all pickups upon return to warehouse
- Input POD information for each stage of the loading and unloading process in tablets
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Use pallet jack and dolly
- Collect and verify delivery & pickup instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations received while driving the company vehicle
- Report defects, tears, or any damage for any freight picked up
- Must be able to work at lease 1 weekend a month
- Proven 3 year work experience as a truck driver
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
- Speaks & understands English fully
- Valid clean driving license
- Dependable
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Can work at least one weekend - days & night - a month
- Has dependable transportation to and from work
- Up to 5 Paid sick days accumulative

Double time for working Holidays (4 hour minimum paid no matter what)
