You start your morning by opening work orders on a tablet, pulling live data from a wide range of machine makes and models. With real-time insights from our proprietary T3 platform, you pinpoint root causes fast, line up the right parts, and map out the corrective action. By midday, you’re on-site at a customer job, performing troubleshooting on diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and complex mechanical systems. In the afternoon, you wrap repairs, verify performance, close documentation, and mentor a junior tech on best practices — all while keeping safety at the forefront.
