FREIGHT & ROUTES
- Reefer — 100% No Touch freight
- 70% Drop & Hook / 30% Live load/unload
- 1,700 to 2,300 miles per week
- Predictable OTR lanes — majority east of I-35
- No NYC or 5 boroughs
COMPENSATION
- $0.55 to $0.65 CPM based on verifiable experience
- Earn $1,300 to $1,500/week
- Top 25% earn $1,800/week
- Weekly paycheck — every week, without fail
- Detention, layover, extra stop paid
- Paid 1-day orientation $300 on first paycheck Lodging & travel provided

RECENT CDL-A GRADUATES
Fresh out of trucking school? Our mentor program gets you road-ready fast — and you get paid the whole time.
- Valid CDL A & 21Y old
- Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school required
- 4 to 6 weeks of paid mentor program
- Ride alongside experienced drivers on real OTR refrigerated routes
- Solid employment record required (no major gaps)
- Paid training — earn while you build your CDL-A skills
- Transition to $0.55 CPM once you start driving solo
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A (Class A) license
- Age 21+
- Experienced drivers: minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Trainees: minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
- Meets all FMCSA/DOT requirements
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Safety-focused, professional work ethic
