Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation experience
- Active Maine LPN LicenseBLS Certification (AHA required)
- 2 Supervisory References (within the last 2 years)
- Valid Driver’s License
- COVID Card
- Flu Shot
