Elevate Windows is a fast-growing, locally owned window replacement company expanding in Washington. We’re hiring for an outside sales role that involves door-to-door conversations with homeowners. If you’ve ever wanted to try out sales, this is the opportunity for you!
This is an in-person, neighborhood-based role. We’re upfront about that.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Start friendly conversations (no high-pressure selling)
- Educate homeowners on energy-efficient windows
- Set appointments for interested homeowners
Pay & Growth
- Commission pay (uncapped)
- Weekly pay + performance bonuses
- Most consistent reps earn $1,900–$3,200/week
Top performers can advance into a closing role, meeting only with homeowners who requested appointments and earning higher commissions. Plenty of room for QUICK GROWTH!
Training & Support
- Extensive raining and ride-alongs
- Clear structure, scripts, and coaching
Requirements:
- Fluent conversational English
- Reliable transportation (your own vehicle!)
- A cell phone
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
