TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Loan Servicing team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals.
A successful Loan Service Assistant will be able to do:
- Complete paid in full report including releasing liens in a timely manner.
- Verify and process all mailed loan payments daily.
- Assist Loan Service Representative with collateral and insurance tracking.
o Enter insurance information into vendors website for insurance tracking
o Log DMV lien cards into system to track receipt
o Follow-up on pending lien releases
o Follow-up on pending titles
o Follow-up on loan findings
o Follow-up on title tracking to get proof TopLine is lienholder
- Maintain and organize loan file room.
- Process third party payoff requests for all loans.
- Provide assistance to branch personnel and/or members resolving account related issues.
- Develop a working knowledge of the Consumer, Residential loan and Member Service functions to efficiently answer questions and provide information.
- Files and maintains complete and accurate files for all loans.
- Assist Loan Service Representative with verifying and funding indirect loan contracts.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as required or assigned.
Salary Range: $21.31 - $26.63 (hourly)

- Must have a high school degree or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year loan processing/closing experience desired.

Previous clerical or Customer Service experience essential.

Current knowledge of consumer loan regulations and policies relating to processing essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail oriented with good organizational skills essential and ability to work independently.
