Project Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee high end interior projects on high rise office building and mixed-use construction projects throughout New York and New Jersey. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes pride in delivering premium finishes, and has a proven track record managing occupied renovations, corporate interiors, executive suites, trading floors, and Class A office build outs.
As the on site leader, you will be responsible for driving schedule performance, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the highest level of quality from project start through closeout.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all field operations for high end commercial interior projects.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

Conduct daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams and clients.

Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites.

Monitor quality control and ensure finishes meet client expectations and project specifications.

Manage site logistics, deliveries, inspections, permits, and punch list completion.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Ownership teams.

Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays.

Prepare daily reports documenting progress, manpower, safety, and job site activities.
Qualifications

8+ years of commercial construction experience with a focus on interior fit outs, build outs and tenant improvements.

3+ years of Superintendent experience managing high end office projects.

Strong knowledge of commercial interiors, including millwork, drywall, ceilings, MEP systems, specialty finishes, and life safety requirements.

Experience in active and occupied environments
