Vision Dental Partners is a growing dental group that is new to the Tampa Bay area, and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Palm Harbor practice. You’ll have strong clinical support, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to grow with us.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Identify and document oral health conditions, providing treatment recommendations
Administer local anesthesia (if certified) and apply preventive materials (sealants, fluoride, etc.)
Conduct Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) treatments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and follow all safety and infection control protocols
Collaborate and co-diagnose with the dentist to ensure the best treatment outcomes
Work as part of a dedicated team committed to excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care
Who We’re Looking For:
A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida
A reliable, driven professional with strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Someone who is motivated to grow, improve, and build a long-term career
A team-oriented hygienist who takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience
