Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Manhattan, NY. About the Role
As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision from our clinical team.

What You’ll Do-
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
-
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
-
Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
-
Collect accurate session data and document client progress
-
Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
-
Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
-
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
What We’re Looking For-
Experience working with children preferred
(ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus) -
Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn

Comfortable working in home-based settings with families

Strong communication and time management skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to travel locally throughout Manhattan

After-school and/or weekend availability preferred
RBT Candidates Encouraged to Apply
