We are currently hiring a Wireless Customer Consultant to join our team in Billings. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on assisting customers with wireless service options, account support, and product guidance in a retail environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with setting up new wireless service accounts
- Support existing customers with account updates, upgrades, and service changes
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features based on customer needs
- Stay up to date on current promotions, pricing, and available service plans
- Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals
Pay & Perks
- $15–$19/hour base pay (based on experience)
- Compensation includes hourly base pay plus additional earnings through weekly commissions and performance incentives

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work full-time with a consistent schedule
