Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for retail sales transactions and food orders
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision and integrity
- Prepare and serve food items following safety standards, including grilling and food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, cashier station, and kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety management protocols
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff during peak hours
- Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or retail sales transactions preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is essential
- Culinary experience or background in food preparation highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Capable of standing for extended periods, multitasking efficiently, and working effectively in a fast-paced settin
