Position Summary
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for producing plastic compounds by operating and monitoring production and blending equipment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations.
What You’ll Do
- Operate, clean, inspect, and configure production equipment following established procedures
- Perform material handling, blending, and line changeovers between product grades
- Make minor equipment adjustments and repairs as needed
- Accurately document production and operational activities
- Communicate equipment issues or defects to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized plant
What We’re Looking For
✔ Stable work history and prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
✔ Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance
