Initio Raise is building a global network of Founders in Residence (FIRs)—experienced operators who have raised capital and want to help the next generation of founders do it faster and better.
This is a high-leverage, advisory-driven role where you coach early-stage founders through the fundraising process using Initio’s platform, tools, and investor network.
You bring experience and pattern recognition.
We provide infrastructure, deal flow, and access.
Provide 1-on-1 coaching and strategic guidance to founders raising capital
Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising narratives
Help founders position their story for investors and navigate objections
Prepare founders for investor meetings and due diligence
Share insights from your own journey (wins, mistakes, patterns)
Support founders through active fundraising cycles on the platform
Refer new founders into Initio Raise as you encounter them
Ongoing access to high-quality founder deal flow
Full access to Initio’s 300+ investor network and platform tools
Ability to stay embedded in venture without running full deals
Referral commissions on founders you bring into the platform
Optional pathway into Venture Partner (for those who want to operate raises)
Flexibility to contribute part-time or project-based
Founders who have raised venture capital successfully
Operators who’ve gone through Series A+ or meaningful fundraising cycles
Experienced builders who enjoy mentoring and pattern recognition
Individuals who want to stay close to the ecosystem without full-time operating pressure
Firsthand experience raising capital (pre-seed growth)
Strong understanding of investor psychology and fundraising dynamics
Ability to give clear, direct, and actionable feedback
