Job Description:
Doka Bubble Tea is hiring full-time team members to join our team! We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can start immediately and work through both the summer, fall seasons, and on. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency, and customer service are key.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks following store standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and store
- Handle cash register and POS system
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and store policies
Requirements:
- Must be available minimum one weekday and one day on the weekend.
- Must be able to start immediately and work summer & fall
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- No experience required (training provided $10/hr)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous food service or boba experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
