Pathwaze Recovery Center is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use treatment in a supportive and client-centered environment. We are seeking a dependable and caring Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time evening schedule.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide nursing services to clients receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment. This role includes medication management, health assessments, client education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities
Conduct nursing assessments and monitor client health status.
Administer and document medications as ordered.
Monitor clients for medication effectiveness and potential side effects.
Complete medication reconciliation when appropriate.
Provide health education and wellness support to clients.
Respond to medical concerns that arise during evening programming.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate effectively with providers and the treatment team.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
Current CPR certification.
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or detox referred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
