Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Nashville, TN. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting Salesmen with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include handling phone calls, responding to emails, providing information about our products, processing orders, order entry, Pulling orders, loading customers, unloading trucks, and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the exterior finishes industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is advantageous
- College degree is not necessary but is plus.
- experience in Sage 50 not necessary but is a plus.
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to lift over 70 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
