What You’ll Do!
- Meet homeowners and start conversations
- Generate new roofing sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing
- Build relationships and establish trust with homeowners
- Educate customers about their roofing and exterior needs
- Follow up with leads and help move opportunities forward
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver a great customer experience
- Represent the company professionally in the community
What We’re Looking For!
You don’t need previous roofing experience. We’re looking for people who are:
- Motivated and willing to work hard
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Goal-oriented and competitive
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a face-to-face environment
- Willing to work extended hours when needed, including occasional evenings and Saturdays
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
