We're looking for a Graphic Designer who shares that mindset and wants to help create category-defining brands.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you'll work directly alongside our Creative Team to bring new ideas to life across every touchpoint of our brands.
This role goes far beyond creating graphics. You'll help build complete brand identities—from packaging and merchandise to apparel, digital campaigns, retail displays, and product launches. You'll collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and leadership to transform creative concepts into products that customers are excited to buy.
We're looking for someone with exceptional design taste, strong technical execution, and a genuine passion for branding, consumer products, and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Development
- Assist the Creative Team in developing new brands from concept to launch.
- Design logos, visual identities, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Translate creative direction into compelling visual solutions across multiple product categories.
- Research design trends, consumer culture, packaging innovations, fashion, art, and emerging creative movements to inspire original work.
Packaging Design
- Design packaging for cannabis, nicotine, and consumer packaged goods.
- Create production-ready artwork, dielines, and print files.
- Ensure packaging balances creativity, functionality, regulatory compliance, and manufacturability.
- Prepare mockups and presentation materials for internal reviews and product launches.
Merchandise & Product Design
- Design apparel graphics, promotional merchandise, accessories, event materials, and limited-edition collaborations.
- Create artwork for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, trade show displays, and branded merchandise.
- Maintain consistency across all physical products.
Marketing & Digital Assets
- Design assets for social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, presentations, e-commerce, and product launches.
- Create product mockups, campaign graphics, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop high-performing creative assets across digital channels.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, workflow efficiency, and creative exploration.
Collaboration & Execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Present concepts and iterate quickly based on creative feedback.
- Maintain organized files and design systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, operations, and external vendors.
- Ensure every deliverable meets the highest creative and production standards.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and marketing design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience preparing production-ready print files.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bonus Points
Experience with any of the following is a major plus:
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Cannabis or nicotine brands
- Luxury branding
- Streetwear or apparel graphics
- Packaging design
- 3D rendering (Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot)
- Motion graphics (After Effects)
- Product photography
- Figma
- AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
