Licensed Counselor (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) — Part Time
Onsite, Telehealth, or Both
Location: Denton, TX and/or telehealth
Schedule: Part time, hours flexible

Emergency Diagnostic Solutions is staffing an employer-sponsored health clinic for a large employer in Denton County. This role provides behavioral health services to employees and their family members.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling
- Serve adolescents and adults
- Address stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and substance use concerns
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Coordinate care with medical providers, including warm handoffs
- Refer to higher levels of care when clinically indicated
- Optionally lead support groups or educational workshops
Qualifications
Required
- Active Texas license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing therapy to adolescents and families, not solely individual adults
- Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth delivery
- Willingness to document in our clinical record system
- Able to pass a background check
Preferred
- Experience in employer-sponsored, EAP, or integrated behavioral health settings
- Additional certification in trauma-informed care, EMDR, or substance use treatment
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $42.00 - $55.00 per hour
