Complete Home Concepts has been a trusted name in Kansas City home improvement since 1977. We design, build, and install fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and pergolas, stone, cultured marble showers, seamless gutters, and glass and mirrors — and we manufacture much of it in our own shop. We’re investing in our marketing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own it from the inside and help build it into something great.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do the work and grow with it. You’ll learn how CHC markets and sells from the ground up, coordinate our outside marketing partners, create content that actually drives calls, and keep our brand sharp across every division. For the right person, this role grows into building and leading our marketing department in-house.
What you’ll do
Own the work and our marketing partners
- Act as the day-to-day owner of CHC’s marketing — coordinating our outside marketing agency and vendors, keeping projects on schedule, and holding deliverables to a high standard.
- Track results against clear goals — leads, appointments, cost per lead, and booked jobs — and use the numbers to decide what to do more of.
- Review campaigns and content before they go live so everything is accurate, on-brand, and tied to real sales.
Create content that sells
- Capture and edit photo and video at job sites, our showroom, and our manufacturing shop — before-and-afters, build series, and finished installs.
- Run the content calendar and post consistently across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Engage with comments and messages and keep our social presence active, responsive, and human.
Keep the brand tight across every division
- Maintain one consistent brand voice and look across all of CHC’s divisions — fireplaces, outdoor living, stone, cultured marble, showers, gutters, glass, and service.
- Plan and project-manage campaigns, including our upcoming 50th-anniversary celebration in 2027.
- Keep marketing assets — photos, logos, and brand guidelines — organized and easy to find.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) with hands-on social media and content work.
- Genuinely comfortable with a camera or phone — you can shoot and edit short videos and photos that look professional.
- A strong project manager who keeps vendors, deadlines, and details from slipping.
- Comfortable with numbers — you can read a campaign or analytics report and explain what’s working.
- Able to work full-time, on-site in Riverside, MO, with reliable transportation to visit local job sites.
Nice to have
- Experience managing or coordinating an outside marketing agency or vendors.
- Familiarity with paid social and Google Ads (you’ll oversee these — you don’t have to run them solo on day one).
- A background in home services, construction, or remodeling.
- Email marketing (Mailchimp), SEO, or Google Business Profile experience.

Compensation and growth
- $70,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience — with room to grow toward a director-level scope and pay as you take on more of our marketing.
- Full-time, on-site at our Riverside, MO office and showroom.
