Warehouse & Delivery Supervisor

Supervises: Warehouse/Delivery Assistant (1 employee)
Position Summary
Cincinnati Interiors is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Delivery Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations and jobsite deliveries. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered accurately and on time to support our installation crews.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of managing daily warehouse operations while coordinating deliveries and maintaining company equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Delivery & Logistics
- Receive delivery requests from Project Managers.
- Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries to active job sites.
- Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to project locations.
- Verify deliveries for completeness and accuracy.
- Load and unload materials using proper equipment and safe lifting techniques.
- Maintain communication with project managers regarding delivery schedules and priorities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
- Organize inventory, tools, equipment, and job materials.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
- Ensure warehouse safety standards are maintained.
Tool Maintenance and Inventory
- Tag out tools that are not working and report them to the management staff.
- Disperse tools to installation personnel as directed by Project Managers, tracking all tool movements in the Hilti OnTrack system.
Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on company lifts, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Coordinate repairs with supervisor.
- Keep maintenance records current.
- Report equipment issues promptly.
Leadership
- Supervise one warehouse/delivery employee.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality.
- Train employees on safe operating procedures.
- Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred or ability to obtain)
- Clean driving record
- Experience pulling and backing trailers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to workplace safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse, construction, or delivery experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
- Operate forklifts, trucks, trailers, and equipment safely.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
