About the Role:
The Floating Care Center Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple temporary or mobile care centers across various locations within the United States. This role ensures that each care center delivers high-quality, patient-centered services while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. The lead will coordinate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to optimize resource allocation and service delivery. They will also monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and address any operational challenges promptly. Minimum Qualifications:
