Concrete block company seeks RELIABLE, hardworking yardman. This person will independently perform general labor related to precast concrete products. This is a full time position mostly working outdoors, rain or shine. SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY

Description:
Cast large concrete blocks - Pour concrete into steel molds, vibrate and trowel surface. Break out/lift blocks using CAT wheel loader. Put forms back together using large hammer and some physical lifting. Load trucks with blocks using wheel loader. Proper PPE - gloves, hard hat, vest, eye protection, boots.
Duties:
- Pouring, vibrating, troweling concrete
- Heavy Lifting (75+ lbs)
- Stripping & cleaning block forms
- Spraying oil (form release)
- Bending wire strand
- Loading trucks
- Cleaning, sweeping, organizing
- Using tablet to input daily production and shipping details
- Typical Hours per day 8 / Days per week 5 (M-F)
