We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Real Estate Closing Specialist to help guide buyers and sellers through the final steps of their home purchase.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate and schedule real estate closings

Review and prepare closing documents

Walk buyers and sellers through paperwork at closing

Make sure all documents are accurate and complete

Handle and distribute funds securely

Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys

Keep organized records and files
What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines

Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office; Qualia is a plus)

Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in real estate, banking, or customer service

Bachelor’s degree
