Local Property Management Company is looking for a Experienced maintenance Technician to complete daily work orders, turn key maintenance, maintain swimming pools, and curb appeal maintenance. Experience with plumbing and electrical and 5 years of previous apartment maintenance required. Qualified applicants would need to have their own transportation and some general tools. HVAC certified helpful. A criminal background check us required.
