Danique Jewelry is looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organized team member who wants to grow with a small, creative e-commerce business.
This is not a traditional customer service role. In a typical week, you may help a customer choose the perfect personalized gift, coordinate order fulfillment, improve internal processes, work with AI tools, assist with product launches, support e-commerce operations, and help solve whatever challenge comes next.
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, takes initiative, pays close attention to details, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. Small businesses move quickly, and every team member has a meaningful impact on the customer experience and the company's growth.
This role combines customer communication, e-commerce operations, administrative tasks, and process improvement. Success in this position requires both creativity and consistency. Some days involve solving unique customer requests and learning new tools; other days require careful attention to repetitive operational tasks. We value team members who can do both well.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist customers with order updates, custom requests, and product questions
- Review personalized orders for accuracy and completeness before production and shipment
- Coordinate and prioritize orders to meet deadlines
- Perform final quality checks on finished jewelry and gifts
- Package and prepare orders for shipping with care and accuracy
- Support organization and workflow efficiency in the studio
- Assist production team during high-volume seasons (especially holidays)
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail (critical for personalized orders)
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and common sense
Preferred Experience (not required)
- Customer service experience
- E-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, or retail experience
- Experience with Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms
- Basic photo editing or design tools (helpful but not required)

Compensation
Starting at $23/hour, with opportunity for performance-based increases and growth within the company.
