LogoStuff is a growing promotional products company specializing in branded merchandise, custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, awards, and corporate marketing solutions.
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized project coordinator/customer service professional who understands the fast-paced nature of the promotional products industry and can confidently manage multiple client projects from concept through delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who understands timelines, vendor communication, artwork approvals, production coordination, and the importance of accuracy in every order.
What You’ll Do
- Manage promotional product and apparel orders from quote through delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers, decorators, and production teams
- Communicate with clients regarding artwork approvals, production timelines, shipping updates, and order details
- Research products and pricing using SAGE
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and detailed production notes
- Support inside sales and customer follow-up
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve issues before they become problems
- Help ensure order accuracy and quality control throughout production
- Handle multiple active projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
What We’re Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
- Experience in the promotional products industry strongly preferred
- Experience with SAGE research software preferred
- Familiarity with apparel decoration processes including embroidery and screen printing is a plus
- Experience communicating with vendors and managing production timelines

Compensation & Benefits
- $24–$30/hour based on experience
