Outside Sales Representative – Eye Care Sales (Tennessee Territory)
Summary
Lunovus is seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our Tennessee territory by serving Eye Care Professionals throughout the state. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering innovative products and solutions to independent practices, multi-location groups, and eye care organizations.
This is a base salary plus commission and bonus position with an earning potential of $125,000 – $150,000 annually (no cap on commissions)

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business relationships with Eye Care Professionals throughout the State of Tennessee.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
- Present and promote Lunovus products and solutions to ophthalmology and optometry practices.
- Conduct consultative needs assessments to understand customer goals and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships with physicians, practice administrators, and staff.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and customer support teams to support territory growth initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities within the eye care industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
Qualifications
- Proven success in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience selling to healthcare providers, medical practices, optometry, ophthalmology, or Eye Care Professionals preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Ability to travel throughout the State of Tennessee on a regular basis.
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Work Location
This is a field-based outside sales role requiring regular travel throughout the State of Tennessee- 70% on the road.
