Overview

Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately during banquets, events, and special functions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and present drinks as a skilled bartender, including wine service, cocktail mixing, and beverage garnishing, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of banquet spaces to ensure smooth event flow.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing their needs with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining a tidy dining environment throughout service.
- Follow food safety protocols and handle food and beverages responsibly to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payment handling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.
- Knowledge of wine, beverage service techniques, and fine dining etiquette.
- Experience with food handling, food preparation, and basic math for transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Prior banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
