This is a full-time, year-round opportunity to work among the best in the hotel and resort industry, in a fast-paced and supportive environment that values excellence and guest satisfaction above all else.
What You’ll Do:
As our Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Managing check-in/check-out processes quickly and efficiently
- Verifying payment methods and processing transactions
- Providing guests with information about local attractions as well as rooms, rates, amenities, and resort features
- Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Resolving guest concerns with care and urgency
- Upselling resort amenities like dining, spa, and activities to enhance the guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a guest-focused individual who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering high-level service. Preferred but not required:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, positive, and team-first attitude
- Dependability, honesty, and the flexibility to work various shifts
