Fellow Fields, the first nature-inspired autism ABA therapy center in the RGV, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our close-knit team. Here, you’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment where you are valued just as much as the clients you serve. With a small caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, meaningful care while fostering growth, independence, and confidence in children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand each child’s needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in ABA best practices
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress, refine strategies, and ensure meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams for consistent, effective interventions
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA techniques and data collection
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient records
- Facilitate intake assessments and establish initial treatment goals
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism
- Strong skills in patient assessment, behavioral data collection, and progress tracking
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Patience, empathy, and dedication to providing patient-centered care in a supportive, inclusive environment
