Tremendous Opportunity! An established Allstate Agency is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. Our Allstate Agency has a large customer base with very little life policies; which opens a tremendous lucrative opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional.
What You’ll Do
· Contact warm leads, referrals, and past customers through outbound calls
· Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate coverage solutions
· Prepare, explain, and present insurance quotes to prospective customers
· Follow up consistently with prospects and customers by phone, text, and email
· Track daily activity and work toward established sales goals
· Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in the agency CRM
· Assist existing customers with policy changes, renewals, and service needs as appropriate
What Makes You a Great Fit
· Minimum of 2 years of life insurance sales experience required
· Professional phone presence with strong verbal communication skills
· Comfortable making outbound calls, asking thoughtful questions, and handling objections
· Positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to remain motivated throughout the day
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow a structured sales process
· Prior call-center or customer-facing sales experience preferred
Licensing
· Active Alabama and/or Georgia Life Insurance License required
