Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems and credit card terminals at various client locations.
- Provide on-site support and technical assistance to resolve equipment issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of hardware devices.
- Conduct testing to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with service.
Requirements:
- Must have a good driving record and a reliable personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Use of personal car for fieldwork; company reimburses mileage at the IRS rate.
- Must be bilingual (Arabic and English) to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, including weekends.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to undergo training.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
