We are looking for caring and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our Rehab Team!
Responsibilities for Speech Language Pathologist :
Develop and implement an individualized treatment plan based on patient assessment/needs for any speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing disorders
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to identify and solve patient needs while providing quality care
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
Maintain positive interaction with patients, families, and caregivers while providing education and instruction for communication and swallowing disorders
Consults with and educates ancillary staff on speech and swallowing topics, such as communication strategies, speech and language stimulation, and swallow safety.
Qualifications for Speech Language Pathologist :
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited therapy program and Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Holds a current license for the state of Delaware
Current CPR certificate
Requires good organizational and time management skills
