A targeted service coordinator has to have a 4 year degree in any of the social science fields, like social work, nursing, psychology or behavioral health degree. The TSC is required to have field experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The job includes plan development and ongoing service coordination that includes coordination of formal and informal supports and services , monitoring those services and advocacy for this population.
