Our team is searching for a North Carolina Licensed Child & Adolescent Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) to join our location in Huntersville, North Carolina. Associate-level clinicians will be considered and are encouraged to apply. This position is in-person with hybrid opportunities and is a contract (1099) position. Special considerations will be made for clinicians who work with children and adolescents and are currently paneled with North Carolina Medicaid.

Job Requirements:
- Active North Carolina license in the mental health field (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A) with no disciplinary action.
- Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or other related field.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals, groups, couples, and/or families with mental health conditions
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Assist with case management and coordination of services for patients
- Conduct mental health counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Marketing and networking skills to build community connections and expand client base are a key component of this role.
Experience:
- Minimum of two year post-graduate experience working in a mental health related position (preferred)
- Familiarity with patient assessment tools and diagnostic criteria
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
