As a Security Officer - Seasonal Resort Patrol in Oceanside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service to guests and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, residents, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, public areas, and assigned locations while maintaining a professional presence and assisting with visitor directions, policy questions, and basic support requests.

Support day-to-day hotel and resort operations by reporting maintenance issues, unauthorized activity, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel in line with post instructions.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
