Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with an electronics manufacturing company in Lancaster, NY, is seeking a qualified Electronics Assembler/Inspector to join their growing team. This is a temp-to-long term position with room for growth.
Shift: 1st Shift ( M-F)
Pay Rate: $18 to $21 an hour
Responsibilities:

Assemble various electronic products including but not limited to printed circuit boards and wire cables.

Use tools to make or repair parts and products.

Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions.

Work under microscope or maglight
-
Keep a clean and tidy workspace.

Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.

Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures.

Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.

Must have experience hand soldering SMT and Through hole components
Requirements

Must be able to read component values, bills of materials, work procedures and drawings.

Must have experience soldering.

Must have experience.

Knowledge of or certification of IPC standards a plus but not required

Will at times work under magnification.

Experience in electronic assembly and/or inspection
