<Responsibilities>
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation
- Follow established recipes, menu plans, and food safety standards to deliver high-quality dishes
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy morning hours
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients with precision using proper knife skills
- Support catering orders and special event breakfast setups when needed
<Skills>
- Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on breakfast or brunch menus, including fine dining environments preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent knife skills for efficient meal preparation
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with menu planning, meal prep techniques, and catering operations
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and serving staff
