Day Porter – Janitorial Technician
Pay: $20+ Depending on experience

Typical hours: 7 AM-7 PM, Weekends , 8-hour shift
HOA Support seeks Day Porter – Janitorial Technician candidates for properties located throughout Los Angeles ( KoreaTown/Culver City/Beverly Hills/Santa Monica)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsibilities are dictated by the facilities needs at any moment.
2. Knowledge and proper use of cleaning chemicals and solvents.
3. Ensure sanitation of "high touch" points like elevator buttons, soap dispensers, counter-tops, etc.
4. Experience with FLOOR WORK, PRESSURE WASHING , SCRUBBERS and a general knowledge of cleaning equipment. VCT strip and waxing, TILE/STONE care, and CONCRETE scrubbing.
5. Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning vents, restroom, windows, mirrors, cleaning, trash bins, floors, walls, spaces, halls, sweeps, scrubs, vacuums, washes, empties, transports trash, and other property, etc.
6. Remove trash from parking, landscape and indoors throughout the day.
7. Assist with maintenance duties and work closely with the maintenance team to complete unit turns, painting, light replacement, etc.
8. Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Candidates must be confident, enthusiastic, disciplined, organized, professional, punctual, and a team player.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include Close vision, Distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
