Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNA/State Registered Nurse Assistant to join a patient-focused healthcare team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and care activities
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
- Provide close observation and report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral status
- Support nursing staff with routine patient care and specimen collection
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
- Follow all safety, infection control, and patient care protocols
- Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergency situations
Qualifications:
- Current State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA or SRNA experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
