Landmark South is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our Sunshine Aide to Aide Training Program. This unique opportunity is designed for individuals who are interested in beginning a rewarding career in long-term care as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Through our program, participants will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and training designed to prepare them for advancement into a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role while providing exceptional care and service to our residents.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily activities under the supervision of licensed and certified staff.
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Support nursing staff with non-clinical resident care tasks.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities designed to develop healthcare skills.
- Learn the fundamentals of resident-centered care and infection prevention practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Compassionate, caring, and dependable attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to work with older adults and make a positive difference in their lives.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- No healthcare experience required. We will train the right candidate.
