Handyman / Home Repair Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform residential repairs and maintenance
- Install doors, trim, baseboards, and hardware
- Patch and repair drywall
- Install cabinets, shelving, blinds, and TV mounts
- Assemble furniture and outdoor equipment
- Paint and perform finish carpentry
- Complete punch-list and home improvement projects
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately document completed work
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential handyman, maintenance, or construction experience
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and general home repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders
Preferred Experience
- Finish carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Fixture and hardware installation
- Appliance installation
- TV mounting
- Basic plumbing fixture replacement (faucets, toilets, etc.)
- Basic electrical fixture replacement (lighting, ceiling fans, switches)
