For more than 30 years, we’ve been passionate about great coffee, great people, and the culture that makes Athens special. Now, we’re bringing Jittery Joe’s to a brand-new drive-thru-only location, and we’re building our team from the ground up. We’re looking for energetic, friendly, hardworking people who enjoy serving others, working as a team, and making someone’s day a little better, one cup at a time. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Jittery Joe’s team member, you’ll help create the experience our customers come back for every day. Your responsibilities include:
● Delivering exceptional drive-thru service
● Preparing high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and food
● Managing orders and transactions accurately
● Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
● Adhering to food safety and operational standards
● Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

NO COFFEE EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY.
You don't have to be a coffee expert to join the team.
We provide training on our drinks, equipment, recipes, service standards, and daily operations. We’re looking for people with the right attitude and work ethic who want to learn and grow.
Restaurant, coffee, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we're also excited to meet people who are new to the industry.
