The University of Missouri ECHO Autism Communities program is seeking a Program/Project Support Coordinator to support and coordinate a variety of innovative programs and training initiatives that advance ECHO Autism's mission of building global communities where people see possibilities in all abilities. This position serves as a key member of a collaborative, high-performing team and provides administrative, operational, and project coordination support to program leadership, content experts, partners, and participants. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, customer-service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support multiple ECHO Autism programs, projects, and training initiatives.
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to program leadership, faculty, content experts, and participants.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance to domestic and international partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.
- Organize, maintain, track, and report program data to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and educational initiatives.
- Coordinate schedules, calendars, meetings, and program activities for leadership and project teams.
- Edit, format, and maintain educational, training, and program materials to ensure consistency and quality.
- Host and facilitate virtual ECHO Autism training sessions and program meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to virtual platforms, training sessions, and participant engagement.
- Track Continuing Education (CE), Continuing Medical Education (CME), Maintenance of Certification (MOC), participant incentives, and other program-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication with program participants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing engagement.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned to advance the goals and mission of ECHO Autism Communities.
