New Era Therapeutic Counseling Center is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinician to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique hybrid work model, providing the opportunity for a balanced mix of in-person and remote work, allowing for flexibility and convenience.
Expectations of the Role:
- Deliver high-quality individual and group counseling services to clients
- Create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Collaborate with community resources and social services to provide holistic care
- Provide effective crisis intervention and trauma-informed care to support clients in times of need
- Advocate for clients and offer ongoing behavioral health support to promote overall well-being
- Conduct psychoeducational groups and workshops to enhance client understanding and coping skills
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements:
- Hold a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Demonstrated expertise in substance abuse treatment and mental health interventions
- Knowledge of psychiatry and experience with telehealth services
- Skilled in facilitating group counseling sessions and proficient in case management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $49,000.00 - $88,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
