Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards

- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Support catering events and special meal preparations as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours
- Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, food handling, and equipment use
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently during both morning (AM) and evening (PM) shifts in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with the food industry, including kitchen experience in fine dining or similar establishments
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
